Charges

Free over ₹999, otherwise ₹79 flat. Cash on delivery is available up to ₹8,000 with a ₹49 handling fee.

Packaging

Unbranded brown outer box, sealed inner pack, no invoice inside. The courier never sees what is inside and the manifest reads personal care.

Returns

Unopened, sealed packs can be returned within 15 days. For hygiene reasons opened intimate apparel cannot be returned — this is standard across the category. Anything faulty or wrongly shipped is replaced and we pay the return shipping.
