Will anyone know what is inside?

No. Plain brown outer box with nothing printed on it, sealed hygienic inner pack, and no invoice inside — it goes to your email. The courier manifest reads personal care, and your card or UPI statement shows HB RETAIL.

What size is the lingerie?

Every style is free size. One cut with a wide elastic range that fits a 26 to 34 inch waist and a 34 to 42 inch hip, roughly UK 6 to UK 14.

How does the 3 for ₹899 offer work?

Put any three pieces in your bag and the price drops on its own. They do not have to be the same style or colour. Five pieces come to ₹1,399.

Can I return lingerie?

For hygiene reasons intimate apparel cannot be returned once the sealed pack is opened. Unopened packs go back within 15 days, and anything faulty or wrongly shipped is replaced at our cost.

How should I wash these?

Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent, press the water out rather than wringing, and dry flat away from direct sun. No bleach, no tumble dryer, no ironing over the lace.

Will the colour match the photo exactly?

Close, but screens vary. Lace picks up light differently from mesh on the same piece. If a colour matters a lot, message us and we will send a photo of the actual stock before it ships.
